Free package for start-ups
An international software firm is giving away e50,000 worth of applications to companies across Ireland. Palo Alto Software claims research shows that many businesses fail due to the inadequate development of a business plan. The free software initiative, aimed at people starting up new businesses in Ireland, will see 345 entrepreneurs receive Business Plan Pro Premier 11.0, a best-selling business planning software product which helps entrepreneurs and small businesses to write business plans. LISBURN is to get superfast broadband,
it was announced yesterday as BT accelerated its £1.5 billion upgrade of exchanges. The city is one of 69 locations across the UK to get the improved fibre-based access services – and only the second in Northern Ireland.
